| does your laptop have bluetooth ? dont know if the ipod 2g has bluetooth .. if they do, then you can try what i mentioned above. |

| okay.. im a telecom masters and your comment made me think :)
the range of these cheap bluetooth devices used by the common man like you and me is about 12 - 16 meters(with no obstructions). they are called class 2 devices. the further away you go with your bluetooth headset from a phone or a laptop, the more errors in the received data. because the data here is sound, youll hear the noise increase gradually as you go further away. if there's furniture or wall the range decreases further. |

| I guess that the other great possibility is to connect it through male-male 3.5mm jack cable to AUX in card stereo and use it as car handsfree! |

| I think this is really cool. I mean you can make any headphone/speakers "wireless"
What I mean is... for laptop or ipod touch 2g users to connect their speakers to this device instead of the audio input of their laptop/ipod given them the freedom to keep them from getting tangled.
i guess my question is would it work if you plugged in some stereo speakers into the "dog tags" and be across the room with your laptop playing music?
also has anyone used this with the ipod touch 2g? |

| Tybill. One is longer so it reaches to other ear. Don't feel bad I had some earplugs years ago n was the same way. It's a newer design that alot of earphones r being fitted wit. I guess it's better somehow. Just don't know exactly why |
